Do Grill Frozen Meats on It If you have a few hours to spare, put your frozen meat on the grill and close the lid, but don’t turn the grill on. In 1 to 2 hours, the meat should be completely thawed and the drain pan underneath just needs to be dumped out. You’re ready to cook.
Seasoning the Frozen Patties on the Grill
Grab your frozen hamburger patties and place them on the Foreman Grill. You should hear a nice sizzle as they make contact with the grill surface. Close the lid. After 2 minutes, lift the lid and season the patties with your favorite seasoning, and close the lid. (Its best to apply the seasoning after the burgers have defrosted a little to prevent whatever spices you are using from falling off the frozen patty.) Im particularly fond of just basic salt and pepper. Feel free to apply your favorite seasonings at this time.

The juices should run clear when the burgers are fully cooked. Remember to allow some time for melting the cheese if you opt for cheese. I usually wait to put the cheese on at the end of the cooking process. I generally unplug the grill while the cheese melts, this gives me time to set up my plate, toppings, and buns without overcooking the burgers.
