How To Cook A Brisket In Air Fryer

This Air Fryer Corned Beef Brisket is hands down my new favorite way to cook our favorite St Patty’s meal! It is easy, requires no extra ingredients, and takes 1/4 of the time it would take with my Crock-Pot! I just love how juicy and tender the brisket turns out in only 90 minutes.

I purchased my corned beef brisket from Aldi. I got a 3lb flat cut and it turned out tender and juicy in the Air Fryer!

Rinse corned beef with cold water to remove any excess salty brine. Then pat dry with paper towels.

Place the wrapped brisket in the Air Fryer and cook for 1 hour at 360 degrees.

Open the Air Fryer, open the aluminum foil (careful of the steam) and spoon some of the juice onto the top of the brisket.

Wrap up the aluminum foil again and cook for 20-30 more minutes or until the internal temp is 145 degrees.

Remove carefully from the air fryer basket and allow the corned beef to rest for at least 10 minutes.

How amazing does that look? It cooked in 1/4 of the time it takes me with my Crock-Pot too!

Mix together spices and brown sugar and rub on brisket. Place brisket in preheated air fryer, fat cap side up, and cook at 350° for 30 minutes. Lift out meat at this time. Place brisket in foil, fat cap side up.

Three words. Air. Fried. Brisket. — OH. MY. WORD. This was soooooo extremely good and boarded on the best brisket we’ve ever eaten. But you don’t have to believe me… check it out!

Disclaimer: The Pampered Chef Deluxe Air Fryer guide says do not use foil in the machine. However, I believe that they mean for you to not cover your trays in foil as it inhibits the air flow. However, that is my opinion, so do this recipe at your own risk (but it’s fine–lol).
