Maggi brings back a lot of memories. One of the quickest and most delicious (though undoubtedly unhealthy) snacks available is this one. Maggi is always your go-to food if you have ever lived away from home. Be it students, or working professionals, Maggi doesn’t differentiate. I combined all the masala Maggi recipes I’ve tried over the years to create this one. I want to sound humble because my wife says it’s the best Maggi she’s ever had, but I promise you, this recipe is pretty amazing.

I also call it the Ulta Maggi (Reverse Maggi). This is because I essentially make the recipe in reverse order. Masala Maggi is typically made by boiling water, adding Maggi noodle cakes, adding the Tastemaker, and then adding vegetables. I do it backwards: I begin with the vegetables, then I add Tastemaker, then I add the noodle cakes, and then I add water, bringing everything to a boil at once.

Although this is spicier than your typical plain Maggi, you can adjust the level of spice to suit your tastes.

The humble Egg Maggi has so many variations, but in our opinion, the best one is the combination of Egg Bhurji and Masala Maggi.
