Noodle started her journey to find her former bandmates four years after she vanished. She was last formally spotted in the “On Melancholy Hill” video wearing a cat mask aboard the M. Harriet. She was informed by a crew member during the voyage that the ship was under pirate attack and that he had been dispatched to lead her to the lifeboats. Noodle armed herself with a Thompson submachine gun while remaining silent. She was allegedly seeking vengeance after Murdoc had declared her dead. Noodle had to leave the M after taking out one of the two pirate fighter planes. A dive bomb torpedo fired by the second plane sank the ship Harriet. Later, she is seen in a lifeboat being pulled out of the water on top of Russell Hobbs head, who is now in a noticeably larger physical condition than usual. She and Russell arrived at Plastic Beach in the canceled Rhinestone Eyes video, where they met up with 2-D and Murdoc.
Later, when 2-D peeks into Noodle’s room in the music video for “DoYaThing,” she makes a brief appearance. Since the Plastic Beach events, the majority of her facial wounds appeared to be healed. But the house they reside in (212 Wobble Street) is in foreclosure, and it’s unclear what will happen after that.
Noodle had no dialogue in Phase 3. She was not involved in the recording of Plastic Beach; Cyborg Noodle took her place on the album.
Phase 1: 2000-2001
