Asian grocery stores carry dried bun noodles of many brands. My favorite brand is Bamboo Tree. The food in Vietnam has the closest resemblance in terms of texture.
If your local Asian grocery store doesn’t carry this brand, the Three Ladies brand is another excellent option. The Three Ladies brand can also be purchased from Amazon.

Vermicelli noodles can be used in fresh spring rolls, noodle salads, and soups.
Fresh vermicelli noodles are very simple to find in Vietnam, but outside of Vietnam, dried vermicelli noodles are more frequently used. There are usually two ways to prepare the dried noodles.
