According to my understanding, Drunken Noodle’s sauce is simply spicy Pad Thai. If so, please see my recipe for Pah Thai sauce below.
1/2 of a plastic lime (I’m lazy, call it 1/4 cup or so), 1/4 cup soy sauce, 1/2 cup dark brown sugar, and 3 tablespoons of minced garlic. Fish sauce is similar to salt; you don’t really taste it, but you notice if it’s gone.
mix these all together and add hot sauce to taste. By soaking the noodles in warm water for 5–10 minutes, the noodles become softer. Typically, I cook them in the sauce after letting them soak for 7 minutes.
Traditionally it is just rice noodle but it is common in Thailand to use other types of noodles such as spaghetti or even instant noodle.
Besides fish sauce and soy sauce, oyster sauce and dark soy sauce (prominent in Pad See Ewe) are commonly added. So is palm sugar instead of white sugar.

I should explain what “my experience” is since I mentioned it. I currently reside in Thailand, and I frequently eat this dish at different restaurants.
It typically includes fresh green peppercorns, which is something else that Wikipedia mentions. They really give the dish some punch. Additionally, carrots, broccoli, and other vegetables are frequently available.
You can order the dish with egg noodles, rice, or (gasp!) spaghetti in addition to rice noodles.

Green onion: I like to use a mix of regular onion and green onion for a more traditional dish, but you can use any type of onion you have

Red bell pepper: This gives a nice pop of colour to the Drunken noodles. You can also feel free to add in any other veggies you like such as broccoli, baby corn or bok choy.
Thai chilis: Not pictured above, but Thai chilies are a classic ingredient in this dish. If you can’t get your hands on them you can substitute some chili flakes or Sambal Oelek.
Thai basil: You can find this at most Asian grocery stores. This is not the same as regular basil and gives a really unique taste to the dish.
Vegetarian oyster sauce: Or if you’re not making this dish strictly vegetarian you can use regular oyster sauce
Dark soy sauce: Another classic ingredient in this dish! Besides giving the noodles a deep rich colour, dark soy sauce is less salty and sweeter than regular soy sauce . You can learn more about the differences here.
Soy sauce: you can also use tamari
Coconut sugar: Also known as palm sugar and used in Thailand in many dishes and adds a little sweetness to the dish to balance out the salty and spicy flavours. You can substitute agave, maple syrup, honey or brown sugar if needed.
