Terminal B is served by Air Canada, Alaska Airlines, American Airlines, Boutique Air, Southwest, Spirit, and United.
Terminal B Level 1 is for all domestic arrivals, and consists of 9 baggage carousels located all around the level. Near baggage carousel 1 there is a Air Canada and American Airlines baggage claim office, and near baggage carousel 10 there is a Alaska baggage claim office. Southwest baggage claim office is near baggage carousel 8, Spirit baggage claim office at baggage carousel 10, and United baggage claim office at baggage carousel 7. Some of the amenities you will find on Level 1 is a Mobile Money ATM near Gate B109 and two Stander ATMs, one near Gate B105 and the other at Gate B114. There are two Pet Relief Areas: one near the Passenger Pickup near Gate B106 and the other at Gate B116. For the convenience of the customers there is an information booth near the carousels: one near carousel 2 and the other near carousel 8. Assisted care restrooms are available at baggage carousels 1, 3, and 10. Smoking is only permissible at designated spots: at the Passenger Pickup near Gate B107, outside Gate B115, at the Passenger Pickup near Gate B116, at the Logan Express stop, and outside Gate B105.
Level 2 is the Departures level which consists of ticketing / check-in and the Gates B1-B38. This level has several ATMs: AA Credit Union ATM near Gate B216; Bank of America ATMs near Gate B207, at Gate B203, across Gate B19, near Gate B14, across Gate B210, and near Gate B215; Citizens Bank ATM near Gate B 211; and Santander ATMs near Gate B202 and B207. Travelex Currency Services are made available near Gate B202. Air Canada customer service can be found near Gate B3, and American Airlines Customer Assistance is located opposite Gate B6 and another across from Gate B19. Next to the AA Credit Union ATM near Gate B216 you will also find a American Airlines Credit Union. Pet Relief Areas can be found near Gate B5 and B29. Kidport can be found on two locations: one across from Gate B210 and the other near Gate B16. Nursery-Mamava lactation rooms are situated near Gate B7 and B18, and a Nursing Room near Gate B38. Classic Shoeshine services are available across Gate B6 and Gate B19. 7 Assisted Care Restrooms and 3 designated Smoking Areas are also included. There are 3 locations for art exhibits inside this Level of Terminal B as well.

Terminal C is served by Aer Lingus, Cape Air, JetBlue, and TAP Air Portugal.
Terminal C Level 1 is for all domestic arrivals, and consists of 10 baggage carousels. Some of the amenities you will find on Level 1 include several ATMs: AA Credit Union ATM near Gates C109 and C110, and Citizens Bank ATM near baggage carousel 4. Next to the AA Credit Union ATM is the AA Credit Union branch. JetBlue Baggage Claim Office can be found near baggage carousel 4. There is also a ‘Our Lady of the Airways’ Chapel near Gate C103, and a Pet Relief Area is located at Gate C107. For the convenience of the customers there is an information booth between baggage carousels 4 and 6. Assisted care restrooms are available at two locations, one behind baggage carousel 6 and the other opposite Gate C109. Art Exhibits are featured near Gate C110 at the exit to Terminal E.
Level 2 is the Departures level which consists of ticketing / check-in and the terminal gates to the airlines. This level has several ATMs: Bank of America ATMs at Gate C14 and C204, Citizens Bank ATM near Gate C202, Santander ATM across from Gate C28, and Travelex ATM at Gate C26. Kidport is located near Gate C25 and a Pet Relief Area across from Gate C20. There are 3 assisted care restrooms on this level. Smoking is only permissible at designated spots outside the terminal, and there is only one on this level. There are also 5 locations for art exhibits inside this Level of Terminal C.
There are 2 JetBlue Service Centres: one near Gate C19 and the other near Gate C30.
Classic Shoeshine services are available next to Gate C11.

Terminal E is served by Air France, Alitalia, Azores Airlines (SATA), American Airlines, British Airways, Cabo Verde Airlines, Cathay Pacific, Copa Airlines, Delta, El Al, Emirates, Frontier, Hainan Airlines, Hawaiian Airlines, Iberia, Icelandair, Japan Airlines, JetBlue, KLM, Korean Air, LATAM, Level, Lufthansa, Norwegian, Porter, Qatar Airways, Royal Air Maroc, Scandinavian Airlines, Sun Country Airlines, Swiss, TAP Air Portugal, Turkish Airlines, and Virgin Atlantic.
Terminal A Level 1 is for all domestic arrivals, and consists of only one baggage carousel. Some of the amenities you will find include two ATMs: Bank of America ATM at Gate E104 and Euronet ATM at Gate E105. There is a Pet Relief Area near the Taxi Stands. Travelex Currency Services can be found near Gate E105. For the convenience of the customers there is an information booth between Gates E105 and E106. Assisted care restrooms are available near Gate E106. Art Exhibits are featured near the Customs’ Exit.
Level 2 is the Departures level which consists of ticketing / check-in and the terminal gates to the airlines. This level has a Nursery-Mamava Lactation Area, Assisted Care Restroom, Travelex ATM, and Travelex Currency Services at Gate E1A. There are Art Exhibits featured near Gate E2. Level 3 is also the Departures level which consists of ticketing / check-in and the remaining terminal gates to the airlines. This level includes several ATMs: Bank of America ATM at Gate E8, Euronet ATM in the post-security area, and Santander ATM across Gate E6. Nursery-Mamava Lactation Centre near Gate E9 and Pet Relief Area across Gate E7 is also added. There are 2 assisted care restrooms on this level as well as 5 locations for art exhibits inside this Level of Terminal E.

As you will find on the Boston Logan Airport Map, there are many options for shopping and dining around the BOS airport. Some notable shops and restaurants include Dunkin’ and FuelRod in Terminal A; B. Good and Hudson in Terminal B; Wahlburgers and iStore in Terminal C; and Burger King and InMotion Entertainment in Terminal E.
The security checkpoints at the CLT airport are monitored by the Federal TSA – Transportation Security Administration. Only passengers possessing tickets are allowed to proceed beyond any of the security checkpoints. All security checkpoints provide access to the concourses and airplane gates.

There are several airline lounges at the BOS Airport. Delta Sky Club is located on Terminal A Level 2 near Gate A18 as well as just outside the security checkpoint. Delta service centre is also added for passenger convenience near Gate A11 and A16. On Level 1 Terminal B American Airlines Admirals Club is located at Gate B4. On Level 2 Terminal B United Club is located across Gate B24. USO Lounge can be found at Level 1 of Terminal C near Gate C110. U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) handles all customs and immigration procedures at BOS Airport. Expedited entry is available for U.S., Canadian, and eligible Visa Waiver Program international travelers via Automated Passport Control (APC). Global Entry and Mobile Passport app also allows expedited entry to certain low risk passengers. International Departures are catered to by all terminals of BOS airport while International Arrivals is exclusive to Terminal E.
