Cut a piece of foam noodle in length to create the seagrass. To showcase it, the noodle is chopped into 16-inch pieces. Next, make five cuts down the noodle until the bottom is 1-1/4 inches. Make an effort to make the sections fairly equal, but if they aren’t, don’t stress too much.

Place the noodle on its side on a counter’s edge, allowing four of the loose sections to fall over the edge. At the end, carefully cut from the outside of the remaining portion to the middle, making it resemble a blade of grass.
