To make cauli rice, I first sauté it in a small amount of vegetable or olive oil with a dash of cumin seeds, and then I cook it as normal with a dash of salt. When preparing for the family’s young adults, I also add some white rice to the cauli rice and sauté and cook it together. While maintaining the satisfaction of white rice, this modifies the nutritional profile to be slightly better than just that. However, I still enjoy cauliflower rice when I cook it on its own. It tastes good, especially with all the side dishes, even though it’s not the same as white rice.
