Homemade Maggi – Healthy Maggi
Nowadays, a lot of different versions are widely available, such as Italian, schezuan, Italian, egg, cheese, and many others, but my favorite is the traditional masala maggi with some vegetables! Although I adore the taste of maggi, I used to eat it very rarely due to its unhealthy nature. However, the tongue has its own desires, which is how this nutritious recipe came to be!
You heard correctly: you can substitute any kind of nutritious noodle, such as rice or whole wheat, for maida noodles. You won’t believe how much this recipe tastes like the real dish—try it and see for yourself . With this recipe, you can also create your own tastemaker without aji no moto.
Even though it takes longer than two minutes to prepare, this recipe is fairly simple to put together. During the Corona virus lockdown, when it was hard to find it in stores, I made this quite a few times.
I have used Everest brand’s kitchen king masala with some other spices as the main flavouring agent. It is easily available in stores or you can buy the masala online from here. I feel that this masala tastes very similar to the maggi tastemaker. I haven’t tried any other brand as Im very happy with the taste of this one. If you cant find garlic powder you can use fresh garlic instead but the taste with the garlic powder is more authentic.
I’m in the process of creating a homemade tastemaker recipe from scratch, and I hope to share it with you all soon!
