How to Make One-Pot Spaghetti
With just a few basic ingredients, this one-pot pasta dish is incredibly simple to prepare. Brown the Italian sausage in a large pot or Dutch oven over medium-high heat until it is no longer pink. Drain excess grease. To the pot, add sugar, tomato paste, dried onion, fresh garlic, and basil. Cook for one minute. Add the remaining ingredients to the pot, including the heavy cream, uncooked spaghetti noodles, chicken broth, and crushed tomatoes. Season with salt and black pepper. Use a wooden spoon to scrape off any brown bits from the pot’s bottom. Bring the mixture to a boil. Once the pasta is al dente, reduce heat and simmer over medium heat for 15 to 20 minutes. Stir the pasta occasionally so it doesn’t stick together. Place the spaghetti into bowls and top with fresh basil and parmesan cheese.
One-Pot Spaghetti with Meat Sauce
I am a big fan of one-pot meals. I really enjoy not having to wash so many pots and pans. This One Pot Spaghetti is a new favorite. We were amazed by the dinner that I made last night. This is one of the best spaghetti I’ve ever made. It had the same delicious flavor as Gianmarco’s Spaghetti Bolognese, which is my all-time favorite. It’s so flavorful and delicious that it tastes even better when reheated. I recently had this for lunch and it was delicious! It’s a perfect recipe for busy days. This is definitely going to be in our dinner rotation.

- Any red pasta sauce will work in this recipe.
- Filtered water: use broth to add even more flavor.
- You can purchase shredded mozzarella cheese or buy a log and shred it yourself.
- Add as much seasoning as you’d like to the Italian cuisine.
