What Are Not Naughty Noodles?

The Trim Healthy Mama Not Naughty Noodles or Rice is available in stores now, and I’ll be honest and say that I’ve tried konjac noodles in the past and didn’t care for them at all. I really enjoy a good stir fry. I was put off by the fishy flavor and texture, so I never included it on my THM menu. I was compelled to purchase some of Pearl and Serene’s new product because they assured me it was free of any fishy flavor or odor. They literally have no smell at all when you open the bag, which makes me incredibly happy. Mine were emptied into a strainer and washed in cold water. When you receive them in the mail, you can keep them in the pantry rather than the fridge. I liked that as well! They are even gluten free!.

Two chicken breasts, cut up (it was already cooked), two tablespoons of Bragg’s Liquid Aminos, two tablespoons of butter (for a FP meal, make it two tablespoons or spray the pan with non-stick cooking spray), salt to taste, two tablespoons of Chinese five spice (look in the ethnic isle at your grocery store), and one bag of THM Not Naughty Noodles or Rice

Heat the skillet to medium and add the butter. Add the chopped veggies to the pan and the chicken. I cut up my cooked chicken at that time and tossed it in. After the vegetables have softened, add the spices and liquid aminos. Near the end, add the Not Naughty Noodles or rice to fully rewarm them. You could also include other vegetables that your family and you like, such as broccoli. Make it your own.

For a FP, use about 2 tablespoons of butter because there will be a few servings. Make sure to only eat lean meat or chicken breast.

Add some E-fuel, such as a side of brown rice (up to 3/4 cup), for an E.

For an S: If you’d like, you can choose a different meat besides the lean chicken. You can use more butter without an issue. This is even a great Deep S meal. If you are doing a Fuel Cycle, skip the tomato. It merely provided it with a lovely pop of color.Happy Noodle Stir Fry (S or FP)

If you are making this an E as I suggested above, you can easily serve 4 people, but the number of servings depends on your appetite and your family’s, as well as whether you have any side dishes or dessert. This serves two enormous portions on its own and four if you’re dining with kids, have other food to eat, or want to have a delicious dessert.

Shirataki noodles (a. k. a. Noodle varieties include konjac, gluccomanan, Miracle, Skinny, Trim Healthy, Not Naughty, etc. ) are suitable for weight loss in virtually any lifestyle (such as Trim Healthy Mama) or diet (such as keto, low carb, etc.) because they have zero net carbs and zero grams of fat. ).

So, in an effort to find a way to enjoy the shirataki noodles, I began experimenting with different ways to prepare them. After a lot of trial and error, I discovered this technique.

But…usually…they have a slimy texture. They also have an odd fishy or oceanic odor due to the alkaline water used to pack them. And they taste kinda weird. That is, unless you prepare them till they’re good.

Shirataki noodles are enjoyed by some people from their first bite, but I personally had to develop a taste for them. I was ecstatic when I first tried them because they resembled ramen or pad thai noodles. But when I made them as instructed on the package, the resulting noodles were foul-smelling, slimy in texture, and tasted downright revolting. Major disappointment!.

Shirataki noodles can be prepared in a variety of ways, but the one described below is my favorite because it best gets rid of the unpleasant ingredients and leaves a plain noodle that works well as a healthy vehicle for sauces and toppings.

I really enjoy a good stir fry! The Trim Healthy Mama Not Naughty Noodles or Rice is out on the market! I’ll be blunt here and say that I’ve tried konjac noodles in the past and didn’t care for them at all. The fishy taste and texture threw me off and I never made it a part of my THM menu. Pearl and Serene brought out this new product with promises of NO fishy taste or smell, so I had to buy some. I am so glad I did! They literally have no smell at all when you open the bag. I dumped mine in a strainer and rinsed them in cold water. When you get them in the mail, they can be stored in the pantry, not the refrigerator. I liked that as well! They are even gluten free!
