For more than 50 years, my father has been making Chinese food, including as a young man living on his own in Guangzhou, as the executive chef of his own restaurant, and as a devoted father in our home.

One of my all-time favorite dishes is wonton noodle soup, and when we first started this channel, it was one of the recipes I really wanted to share because my parents used to make it for me pretty frequently. Like many of you, I have a lot of fond memories associated with this dish.
