Okay so I tried v2. 0 of Immi and what their team has accomplished in recent months is INCREDIBLE. It’s SO much better. It doesn’t taste exactly like traditional ramen but it’s actually tasty in its own right and is healthier than the old stuff. The noodles have that familiar ramen “bite” and texture now, and the flavor is great too. Even their new noodles are different (check out the photo for three packages to see it in action). My favorite toppings are some chicken, Bok choy, an egg, and some chives, but I left it plain in the photo so you could see what it looks like right out of the package. I’ve seen people add a ton of inventive toppings. I honestly thought v1. Feedback: Version 0 was terrible, but this new one is so much better. I can’t wait to see what this team comes up with next.

I’m an instant noodle monster so these were really fun to try and i really appreciate that it’s low-carb and plant-based. the broth is great but the noodles are bland. I experimented with cooking the noodles in broth rather than later adding the soup base, and it worked better!

I actually saw @TheGoldenBalance and even @ChiliPepperCooks feature these on tiktok before receiving an advertisement, haha. Was a little put off by the price, but I went ahead and I’m so glad I did. The cooking instructions were so simple that I just threw everything into the microwave, but I heard stovetop is better. The bowl might be hot so just be careful haha. The noodles definitely have a different flavor, but I really like the texture a lot; it’s almost addictive, and I can’t believe how few net carbs there are. Instant ramen options are extremely limited because I’m primarily a vegetarian, and I’m usually stuck with plain miso. The flavors of the broth are so delicious that I could merely drink them and be content. Without a doubt, the best-tasting plant-based instant ramen broths I’ve ever had. I also like that the seasoning packet contains all the information I need to change the sodium level. The fact that I didn’t feel lethargic after eating also surprised me. If anything, I felt my energy levels were up. Feedback.

The Black Garlic Chicken flavor caught my attention, and I really liked it. Compared to your typical Cup of Noodles, the noodles are more “al dente,” but I actually liked it that way. The broth was bland, and I must admit that I added a lot of salt. Fair enough, a less-salty ramen alternative to the typical instant noodle packet with a day’s worth of sodium should probably taste better. Its expensive, yes. On the other hand, I’d rather spend the extra cash on instant noodles that I won’t regret eating later.

I love regular cheap ramen and I’m not vegan, but I’m trying to eat less carbs, so I bought a variety pack. I really regret not doing more research before believing their advertisements. The seasoning powder’s Tom Yum shrimp flavor (which lacked any tiny pieces of dried vegetables) was alright but also peculiar. The noodles’ texture had a slight resemblance to old rubber bands that had mostly lost their stretch. That said, I really wanted to like this. Given that it IS edible, I gave it two stars as opposed to one. Perhaps someone who hasn’t consumed gluten in a very long time will prefer it, but it’s simply impossible to replicate the texture of wheat-based noodles. Useful review?.
