Ingredients for Sauteed Rice Stick (Bihon Guisado): 227 gms of delicious rice sticks 1 tbsps – cooking oil. 1 medium-sized – onion. 1 cup – pork or chicken meat. 3 tbsp – shelled shrimps. 1/2 cup – carrots. 1 cup – shredded cabbage. 5 tbsp – soy sauce. 2-1/2 cups – soup stock. 1/2 tsp – black pepper. 1/2 tsp – salt. 2 tsps – oystersauce. 1 clove – garlic. 1/2 cup – sweet peas. Procedure: 1. In a frying pan, cook the garlic and onion until they are golden. 2. Add meat and shrimps. Season with oyster sauce, pepper, salt and soy sauce. 3. Add vegetables and soup stock. Bring to a boil. 4. Remove meat and vegetables from mixture. 5. Cook noodles in sauce for 3-5 minutes. 6. Take the cooked noodles out of the pan and place them on a platter. 7.
