How to Thaw a Turkey Breast
A boneless turkey breast can be defrosted in the refrigerator or in water.
Place the entire breast in the package in cold water for two to three hours to thaw it in water. Change the water every 30 minutes.
Place the roast in the package in the bottom of your refrigerator the day before to thaw the turkey in the refrigerator. Let defrost for at least 24 hours.
I do not recommend thawing it at room temperature.
