My new obsession: Instant Pot ramen noodles! They’re so simple to make, healthier than the boxed variety, and a great late-afternoon or afternoon snack. You can even top it off with some cooked chicken, steak, or pork to make it a full meal.

  • 1 ramen “cake”
  • 1 1/2 cup chicken stock
  • 2 tsp soy sauce
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • 1 tsp dried minced onion
  • 1 tsp granulated garlic
  • 1/2 tsp ground ginger
  • 1 thinly sliced mushroom
  • Optional: chopped green onion
  • Pour the stock in the Instant Pot. Place in the ramen cake. Add the remaining ingredients on top of the ramen. Put your Instant Pot’s lid on, close the valve, and program the cook time to one minute on high pressure.
  • When the cook time is complete, quick release the pressure. After carefully taking off the lid, toss the ramen noodles in the broth with a fork to loosen them up.
  • Pour the ramen soup into a bowl and enjoy. (Optional: top with chopped green onion).

It’s really simple to make, but make sure you are close by when the cook time is up, as you have to release the pressure right away to prevent the noodles from being overdone.

To make more servings, you can simply double or triple the recipe. If you increase the quantity by two or three, the cooking time won’t change.

Is this Ramen Recipe Gluten-free?

Yes! Because of the gluten-free ramen noodles and the coconut aminos, this is a gluten free ramen recipe! I seriously have THE greatest readers in the history of the internet. Thanks to Stacey G., we now have this easy ramen recipe every Friday for three weeks now and my husband and son are in total heaven with this recipe. My daughter ate the noodles plain, as her pickiness is out of control right now and I honestly have no idea where she comes from sometimes and I’m trying my hardest to be patient.

Where do I buy Gluten Free Ramen Noodles?

I originally used these King Soba Noodles which I have only found on amazon. Now, I use the Lotus Foods Brand of Brown Rice Ramen because I can easily find it at Costco, Wegmans, Giant, and other food stores. You also get the Lotus Foods Ramen on Amazon!
