Miracle Noodles have always intrigued me. I really enjoy whipping up quick Asian sauces to serve with pasta because I love pasta, so I’ve been eager to try Miracle Noodles. These were definitely worth trying and keeping on hand for a nutritious snack or dinner because they have a texture similar to rice noodles.
