We’re talking stovetop to table in under 10 minutes, folks.

Depending on whether you’re serving these 10-minute zucchini noodles as an entree with pasta sauce or as a side, this recipe will make 2-3 servings. You’ll need a package of the Green Giant zucchini veggie spirals, plus a few pantry ingredients you likely already have on hand: olive oil, garlic cloves, crushed red pepper flakes, fresh parsley (or sub half the amount of dried), and salt and pepper.

In a covered skillet, simply steam the frozen zucchini noodles for about 5 minutes, or until they are al dente. As I previously stated, al dente cooking is the key to making delicious zucchini noodles. Definitely do not overcook them to the point of being mushy. Yuck!.

Start with a bag of frozen zucchini noodles, and in less than 10 minutes, you can have this simple recipe for zucchini pasta with just 3 ingredients on the table.

Ingredients

  • 1 pkg. Green Giant Zucchini Veggie Spirals
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 garlic cloves, thinly sliced
  • 1/8 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
  • 2 teaspoons chopped fresh parsley
  • salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a heated nonstick skillet, add the frozen zucchini noodles and cover with a lid. Stirring occasionally, steam for about 5 minutes over medium-high heat. Remove to a colander and drain well.
  2. Add olive oil to hot skillet. For about a minute, sauté garlic and red pepper flakes until fragrant.
  3. Return the drained zucchini to the pan and toss with the parsley to coat. Season well with salt and pepper to taste.
