Spicy, but in a good way!

This is the perfect hot sauce with a good balance of sweet, savoury and heat. Its not overly vinegary like Tabasco or overly sweet like some other Asian hot sauces. This is a perfect balance of spices and chillies. Theres a mild garlic and ginger undertone to this as well- its pretty amazing. I use this to eat fried eggs, as a spicy dip for deep fried finger food, and it is also amazing in stir fries. Also, it is not as spicy as say Tabasco sauce- and because of the additional spices, it gives a more warming spicy heat sensation on the tongue, than a take the top of your head off-type feel. This is a great tasting sauce, well balanced between tomato, chilli and garlic, it adds a brilliant bite to almost anything from pizza, chicken etc, and prawns without this will just never be as good again.
